    The good thingsThis must’ve been a good ride throughout to learn and get to say what we have in mind. Management team encourages everyone to speak up and best part you can even speak interdepartmental suggestions.

    The challengesBad management, Too many office politics, didn't appreciate staff, always issue warning letter without having proper investigation. Please change the hod if you want your mindblown people to stay

    Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues but that's it.
    The challengesToxic management, bad management. Bad in managing works. No proper guideline. Doesn't listen to employees, simply give warning letter without having a proper investigation. No wonder lots of people leaving this company.

    The good thingsSPEEDHOME is pretty unique, it's perfect if you are looking for a place to learn and develop as a person. Very supportive environment, work can be tough and long hours (start-up life haha!) The SPEEDHOME team are great and we are like one big family.
