The challengesWeekly KPI increase by 10% + unrealistic expectations; CVs submitted for management approval must meet the criteria - minimum of a bachelor’s degree, graduation from a top 10 university, strong CGPA (only candidates with 1st Class Honours are considered), proven track record stated in the CV, etc.
