The challengesEven though I had experience, the company owner and certain colleagues (especially those favored by the boss) were not open to accepting new people or ideas. Communication was poor — they rarely used email, and the admin staff had to print out every document just to get our signatures and comments. The workflow felt old-fashioned and inefficient, which made things harder than they needed to be.
