    The good things1. Direct guidance and support from senior management. 2. Learned a lot from the knowledgeable and experienced folks across different departments. 3. HR was super helpful, especially when I was dealing with my new company during the resignation process.

    The challengesAt times, decision-making can be slow due to multiple layers of approval. This can delay progress on important initiatives. I also feel there’s room to improve cross-department communication for better alignment and faster execution.
