    The challengesIt is a multitask work in this company. So we trained all our staff to be multi tasking and they work I. A very less stressful environment but result oriented.

    The challengesMy challenge here when customer comes then ask to cut the fabrics for him I must do with carefully before cutting the fabrics example:( the customers want 4th meters then I must do measuring the meter with careful because if wrong cut the ccustomers blame me out) that's my challenges.
