    The good thingsLearning new task and increasing knowlegdes/experiences. Join some big project with different people from different country. Doing all works with schedules and sop, and commited to do with HES standart and regulation. Sometimes you got pressure, but thats good for yourself. make you stronger ever before.
    The challengesAs civil enginner i need more job in civil works. Its help me to develope my knowledges and experiences as prefesional.
