    The challengesLearn many new things. Although it takes time, but still can manage it. Guidance is minimal yet supervision and advice are still provided.

    Bad Company didn't pay salary to the staff
    The good thingsLearn a lot about network, cctv, switches and design
    The challengesEven after office hour and weekend also boss will ask to complete the task. The most bad is this company didn't pay the salary to their staff need to wait a new project for the fund.

    Lot to learn but you have to do almost everything due to staff constrain
    The good thingsflexible working hour to enter and out. but boss will disturb you anytime he wants if there is job. can learn a lot on CCTV
    The challengeshigh expectation and not much mentor to teach had to learn alone fast need to work weekend someday if there is urgent work and no OT pay. limited claim only.
