    This place is so organized. Amazing work life balanced. Transparent in internal hiring, training provided. Great professional development.Wonderful bosses. Just amazing. Why I wasted my life elsewhere before Kdu.
    The good thingsEverything is good about this school. The management is so professional. All planned ahead. No power distance or ego. The Principal are efficient. Students are humble and well mannered.

    The challengesThe pay is low but do not give up - develop a good attitude, do excellent work, then progress elsewhere. Never be ashamed of holding down second or third jobs to tide your family over while working here.

    Basic state school with an international badge trying to hide it
    The good thingsThe facilities are amazing but they are never used to there potential. Anything that looks like a gimmick is exactly that.
    The challengesStaff are not internationally trained and do not seek out training. This is dangerous for students and parents who put faith in the school but are not prepared for the poor results that will follow once faced with external examinations.

    The challengesThe headline is a fact. You dealing with a bunch of rich kids and fussy parents. Patience is the challenge, to be honest, rich folks they not nice, you got to be patient, and when the time comes...You can kiss me goodbye!

    The good thingsThe most important event is the school holiday. This is the aim for every teacher because as a teacher, they are not deserve leave such as Annual Leave. Save your plan for the school holiday.
    The challengesThe school will give you opportunity to develop yourself but you must know how to contribute it well as long as you are not in trouble because not all people are thinking same like you in the same time, environment and situation.

    The good thingsMarketing department, boss is very nice. Culture is pleasant and a lot of room for growth. Flexible, as the manager allows you to venture into different areas in Marketing if you're interested. Free parking and benefits and perks are not too bad.

    The good thingsThe management under the principal was great. They managed to delicate job for each persons according to their talents (at least tried hard to match most of it). The working environment was conducive. Everyone shared and work together in all events. Some conflicts took place, but it was meant for better achievement for the tasks. Hence it is very encouraging and very inspiring to work here.
    The challengesOne needs to be very dedicated and have to continuously improving oneself. No lazy people are allowed. Good command of English, and punctuality are highly expected. Thus, one need to be readied for criticism if didnot met the requirements. Clients also having high expectations on the staff performance. Hence, everyone is basically on their toes. Need to be ever readied for tasks.
