KPI review at here very transparent and fair enough, because not only your superior have the right to evaluate you, other department head also can review you. Able to learn a lot of analysis and AI things, Boss at here encourage us to use AI to fasten up our job. work smart better than work hard.

    Fun and load with opportunity
    The good thingsDuring 6 months internship, got the opportunity to help in launching event, event management knowledge gain, near the end of my internship also given the opportunity to explore new market and this is fun if you have a "explorer" in you.
    The challengesyou really have to be self-motivated and and make sure you know what to do. Mostly we can do things however we want, is really a freedom,that's why self motivation is important, and you have to be result driven too.
