I advise teachers not to work in such a school. The management will not treat you well.
The good thingsThere is nothing good. The boss likes to scold the teacher using bad words. No respect for teacher.
The challengesThe school offers very low salaries to the teachers. Teachers have to work very hard. The management can hold the teacher's salary without any reason.

nice environment but payment too low for degree holder
The good thingsThe teachers, students, staff are nice. Everything is fine except the salary. Good to experiencing first working environment.
The challengesWork load is too much. Might be because they want to cut the cost of hiring many teachers. Need to do lots of things.

    Are you sure?
The good thingsThe teachers and students were alright. Wish I thoroughly enjoyed there. However, that was all to it. Plus, the food was free (supposedly).
The challengesTime management. I've been hearing that going back on time is a bad thing. In which I think it shows one's time management is lacking. It's a bad image to be shown especially by management. Plus, going around the bush with certain things might not be so bad. However, if it is done for paperwork, that is where the limit hits ya.

    Good place to earn experience
The good thingsThe students are very lively and cheerful. The teachers and parents are very supportive to the learning of the students. This school look into both academic and the discipline of the students.
The challengesToo many paper works need to be settle. The food quality need to improve from time to time. Engaging experts to give motivation to both teachers and students are most needed. The teachers need to be exposed the real training in teaching.

    I miss the school
The good thingsI loved the mixed culture in the school. The small sized classes were very comfortable to work in. I could always pay attention to the weaker students easily. The teachers were very nice. Teachers were very co-operative and helpful.
The challengesThe paper work could have been lesser. Sometimes we had to fill on so many forms and had very limited to actually pay more attention in preparing the lessons. It was very challenging to keep discipline in control as well.
