    The good thingsNope.But maybe at the time company is newly setup everythigs is not in order.

    Learn Everything - Including Unnecessaries
    The good thingsMany project secured. Able to learn time management very fast. Able to learn things apart from technical / engineering.
    The challengesMultiple responsibility. Company not well organized. To take over project from other PIC due to resignation or transferred reason and thus, required more commitment to catch up.

    Not recommended for fresh graduate..
    The good thingsThe working environment is quite good. Can learn lots of things from experience people. The boss is quite nice and willing to teach you and at the same time willing to accept your mistake. This company has quite a handful project which means you can stay there for a long time if you want to.
    The challengesThe company is not well organised. The communication between department is very poor and sometime miscommunication can happen. Lots of Project Engineer come in and out so basically you have to continue other people's project which is difficult since you have lots of thing to catch up and troubleshoot especially if you have no experience in ACMV.
