promoting and implementing health and safety and green working system to make sure everyone work in health and safety and also take care of our environment by complying with the ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and all the regulation need.
The good thingsEveryday learns something new about the human behaviour and dealing with all the top management and production operator (foreign worker especially) is a tough and fun thing that I learned. The top management is very supportive and very concern about the health, safety and environment in the factory. Everything is going easy when the information is given is clear and cooperation and involvement of all people at all level. Everyone here is so friendly and a lot of things to learn.
The challengesDealing with foreigner workers is quite challenging. Communication barrier. Being a multitasking sometimes don't have enough time to perform my task. To educate senior staff is so hard because of they all with the old attitude. To talk and give a training or sharing information in front of a lot of people from various level also challenged my confidence level. Investigating accident case, unsafe act unsafe condition is the most I don't like.
