    The good things~The management is flexible and good enough to discuss. ~Workload is very considerable and willing to give allowances for extra duty. ~Working environment is good and colleagues all friendly.

    The good thingsBonus for every end of year, staff birthday celebration every month, dinner/lunch for each department every month, farewell party for the staff resigned, special gift everytime during the President of company to visit the site, celebration major festival ( Hari Raya (duit raya), Chinese New Year (angpow), New Year, Durian Festival) etc.
    The challengesTo start work 7.30am to 9.00pm everyday, difficult to get approval for leave more than 2 days include one day offday without details information in peak time.
