The stress n contibution that not worth the salary paid
The good thingsIf you looking for an experience n temporary work this will be a good place to start. You can learn a lots of things herr but really depends on whisch showroom or branch or your superior. No recommended for long term work.
The challengesThe challenge will be the company management. So many politics and power struggle tht then affected the staff at the showroom level or warehouse or lower level. Implementation of ridicilous sale target withiut kbowing the market properly tht then affected the morale n demotivated the staff. Staff welfare... Well you are just another disposable asset regardles your years or service or outstanding performances n contribution.

Shameless of the non-professional finance department
The good thingsColleagues are good and provide the harmonious environment.
The challengesThe very old fashion of working style, especially dealing with Finance. Most of the time mention adapt to CHANGE, in fact refusing to change to accept new way of working attiduce. "Shameless" given by supplier when dealing with the payment.

Long hours working and poor HQ management
The good thingsmy colleagues and manager was friendly. Whoever want to learn things in a hard way, surely this is a place for you.
The challengesFirst thing first, the company needs a good management rather than just pushing all the stress and responsible to others. Secondly, the HQ only take credit from others but when it comes the opposite, they will blame others rather than themselves.

    A very local typical organisation
The good thingsThis company does selling a certain range of items that are very unique, which is hard to be found from others, but with a not very affordable price range.
The challengesAn organization with very little teamwork & lack of communication too. No trust from immediate superior or even colleagues who are in the same department. Most of the key people in this organization work with a principle of "Trust No One".

After working here for some years
The good thingsHealthy amount of work challenges in a lively and ever-changing retail environment, with many chance to improve skill sets in many areas; in fact, you'll hardly be bored with your job. Nice place for youngsters to develop themselves into an all-rounded talent. A certain degree of work autonomy is also provided.
The challengesPoor work-life balance; if you dislike working under shopping mall hours, or if you have family/relationship or social commitments, working here's probably a bad choice. Sales achievement and work satisfaction are strongly dependent on your superiors, colleagues and subordinates' work attitude and whether everyone can coexist and cooperate. If these two are not doing well, your salary and your on-job happiness will fluctuate accordingly.
