    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of thing not because of people teaching you , is because people like to push their job to other , so you can learn a lot of thing if you are willing to learn.
    The challengesBlaming is the stereotype of this company culture. Rather blaming and conduct the meaningless meeting without outcome. Culture will never change because most of the worker is from last decade. Nowadays new era will not easily to adopt this company environment .

    European company with much of the qualities of an european company
    The good thingsOverall a balanced work and life, at least in my department. Supportive manager that would back us up when he knows we are right. Sufficient training provided and mentor-ship encouraged to the seniors. We follow company standards mostly so it should not be hard to adhere to our KPI.
    The challengesLack of projects sometime can push the management to accept less than desirable projects from our overseas branches. Working with overseas branches also poses some language barrier challenges which can cause many miscommunications in the projects.

    The good things1. Result oriented and not so much on the work hard but emphasize of working smart. 2. Chances of internal promotion, unlike some company that you can slog for life but that is so far you can go. 3. Fair salary increment even during trouble times. 4. Management that cares (to a certain extend) for the employees

    The good thingsChances to learn new things, exposure to multi-national Corporation's system, chance to visit other countries, lots of training, 5 working days, ongoing improvements, smooth operating procedures, good bonus, chances to work in overseas.
    The challengesThis is considered a specialist field, limited options if you want to do job hopping, salary increment is stable but difficult to have big jump, limited chances to climb the corporate ladder, experience will be limited to particular field and not wide enough.

    The good things5 working days with various of Public holiday and a fantastic amount of bonus in the year end. A good and peaceful of working place with the clean and proper arrange of machine inside.
    The challengesIt is hard for the beginning to understand the system that had been used here but with the training and good guide line from the senior, i can catch up the system and now in way to master it.
