    The good thingsThis company provide gratuity bonus for contract staff and yearly bonus for permanent staff. We can learn more different things from different types of project. We also encounter all types of problem and resolve of matter to suitable for job site.
    The challengesTo give better benefit for all permanent staffs and contract staffs. the company shall give training every yearly for all staff and company trip or family day. Sport shall be arrange by sport community for tournament especially golf, badminton and other.

    Good and Tough Training Ground for Newbie
    The good thingsOpportunity to involve in various high rise projects. Exposure to mechanical building services design. Opportunity to involve in infrastructure project thanks to group company - Sepakat Setia Perunding.
    The challengesManagement is not listening to staff. Lack of guidance, current senior engineers are not capable. Jack of all trade, junior staff has to handle multiple projects. Working long hours without paid.
