    Good pay, little career development
The good thingsFor a start to working industry, this is a good chance because you are able to interact with people from various background, ethnicity, religion and so much more. You don't just deal with locals (Chinese/Malay/Indian) but you get to talk to Americans, Spaniard, Italian, British and so much more.
The challengesPolitical working environment and poor leadership. Little employee recognition and little career development. Poor co-ordination between one department to another. You are paid that amount but you have to cover beyond your main job scope and doing what used to be 2 to 3 other people's work. Not many benefit except for annual leave (standard like other companies) and insurance claim. No family-day to bond between each other. No bonus.
