    The good thingsMost of employee work longer than 5 years in this company cause of comfort. Only manager above will having a little bit pressure.
    The challengesWould you like to stay on your comfort zone? This company not suitable for person whom persuade opportunities, it will take 4 to 10 year for promotion.
