    Great working experience
    The good thingsCommunication among superiors and subordinates are good. Management is good, they try to keep getting feedback and try to manage any issues happened. Good place to start your job here. Good place that you can claim your parking fee and having great working buddies.
    The challengesSome managers are too busy with their work that you might have to learn on your own. However, many people are friendly to help you here. But for a fresh graduate, bare in mind that you need to have the ability to self learn and the willing to learn on your own here.

    The good thingsa lot of fun events planned for the employees
    The challengessome people in the company need to go out and experience the working culture in other places. good hr efforts ruined by managers with big head that treat the company like their own. busy body people are everywhere. feels like working in government sector. please speak more english in the office. chinese is not an international language.

    The challengesDid not get the promised salary increment after confirmation. Distance from the home to office is quite far. Need to report to person with little technical/management knowledge & with little experience.
