    The good thingsthis is one company that pays interns well above minimum pay. another good thing is that they allow you experience and learn what it takes to maintain the equipment and ensure a smooth production line in the aspect of maintenance.
    The challengesthis is my personal opinion, if you plan to work here full time you may face difficulty as sometime the big boss will micro manage the work bypassing the management level.
