    A rewarding workplace where I can learn, grow, and build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
    The good thingsI enjoy my role as a category manager because I get to meet many new suppliers and build valuable connections. My colleagues are very friendly, and I have a supportive boss who teaches me a lot, so I can continuously learn and grow.
    The challengesSometimes the workload can be quite heavy, especially when managing multiple categories and deadlines at the same time, but it also helps me improve my time management and problem-solving skills.

    Great company and still expanding outlets, business still growing.
    The good thingsPeoples are good, only suitable for those who enjoy work alone.
    The challengesOffice in account department are so mess, not enough space to keep all important invoices and documents. When suppliers requesting a document, need very long time to search for it. (DOCUMENTS ARE ON THE FLOOR AND STACKED UP TO HALF PEOPLE TALL). Filing invoices also an issue, only one meeting room are useable to do filing, but when other peoples need to use the meeting room, they just take over the meeting room, and make filing delay, again and again. No personal e-mail. Team support between outlet and account department are bad, respond took so long time sometimes. Business still growing well but not willing to hire more, made current employees work overload.
