    The good thingsWestern approach. Shaping you to be an independent and a responsible person. Given opportunity to explore international curriculum and present creative ideas. Appreciate student unique individuals, helping them to reach for their stars.
    The challengesTo be honest, the only challenges is always coming from ourself, insecure and incompetence. I have nothing against this company, I've been with this company for a good 5 years and I've improve tremendously. People just got to control emotions, focus on the positivity.

    Stressful working environment! Not recommended!
    The good thingsStudents are good and lovely. Other than that nothing if good. Very stressful with frequent deadlines.
    The challengesManagement and teamwork not good. Teachers have to work after school hours with no OT payment. Very stressful working environment with too many things to complete at a particular time. Working environment also very bad with not much comfort. No bonus or any allowances.

    The challengesA slight challenges part is teaching Neuro-diverse learner, we gain lots of experiences and confident through challenges, not only for work but also in personal life.

    A delightful workplace where I showcase my knowledge and gain invaluable experience.
    The good thingsStarvista allows every child to learn at their own pace, giving room for students who are slow learners options to learn using different teaching methodology. This flexibility of teaching in such a learning environment using the student-centred learning approach is a great fit for our upcoming generation.
    The challengesSometimes attending to the diverse needs of students can be a challenge. However with great team-work, every challenge hurdle is jumped and becomes a shared success.
