    Not as expected
The good thingsAs a new and small company, this is a good place to explore and lots of things can be learned.
The challengesPoor managing in terms of early planning and dividing tasks. Lack of guidance for young or fresh graduate. A lot of 'grey area' as this is a new company and newly awarded with ISO MS 9001. Working environment in office too noisy and uncomfortable, can't focus on works and be conquered by one race. Very low in terms of benefits and perks.
