Exposure to new things especially in project handling, good for self advancement. Good salary increment (annual increment). Bonus is paid according to your performance. Colleague is friendly and helpful.
Because of the minimum supervision, have learnt on how to manage and prioritise task efficiently. Very good experience!
The challenges1. No training provided
2. Poor staff welfare handling, only basic benefit given (min medical benefit)
3. Multitasking to the max! This can be good experience tho but also will be a great challenge on managing task to not clash to each other.
