Gain knowledge on how to handle a test maintenance.
The good thingsThe environment of working place is quite happening in every department. As an internship student is a good place to start experiencing the working environment, how to overcome the problem in real situation when the jigs that part of the Delta Edge Handler were out of position and I have to put the machine on hold to give me a time to realigned the jigs.
The challengesAs an internship student, I can see the company could provide more parking space to all employee's and internship students.

The good thingsA well employee orientated corporate policies , good employee benefits with complete medical coverage for the entire family . Profit sharing , performance bonus , annual bonus ,retention bonus payout for performing employees via appraisal system .Monthly employee communications system in place to share direction and vision of the company performance over time.Prepare to work late hours! .
The challengesFear of voicing opinion .Appraisal system not transparent ,HR not vocal on a fair appraisal . Weak reporting structure that hampers non bias decision making . [ comments are site specific and not related to HQ]. Daily working late due to poor teamwork to resolve issues .
