    No good here unless you want to try and regret

    The challengesA boss who prioritizes work without regard for the circumstances or feelings of others, speaks harshly, behaves in an unprofessional manner, frequently issues unclear instructions, often reacts angrily when situations do not align with personal preferences, tends to prioritize non-urgent matters while disregarding urgent ones, and regularly gives directives without acknowledging responsibility for them. Favouritism & bias. No benefits given. Required to overtime during weekdays, weekend and public holiday. Working here was mentally draining due to a toxic & micromanaged environment
