    Good New Management
    The good things1. Staff given bonus & increment after 4 years didnt get 2. Very supportive & understanding new management. 3. Concern and take good care of staff benefits & welfare 4. Can listen to staff problem & resolves the issue. 5. Very thankful to the new management for takeover this company.

    The good thingsGood management, good benefits with staff welfare taken care, good teamwork & nice office environment. Free & spacious car parking. House incentives for staff, school loan, duit raya, bonus & good increment given by new management of Stella Holdings Berhad.
    The challengesHigh expectations by new management in order to achieve company goals, vision & mission. Nowadays due to global issue, its hard to get the new job/projects in waterworks. Luckily we got one new project in property ie to build 250 units of terrace house in Taman Sengkang, Port Dickson.

    The good thingsHigh perks salary, benefits, flexible working hours, as a top management my attendance doesn't need to be monitored. I can come in late and leave early. Very high salary as CFO. Above market rate for a small company like Stella. I have driver and company car benefits. Chairman is very generous to me. I have many free time at office almost everything I ask my staffs to do my works so that I can focus on my scarf business as side incomes. I want to retire here as I'm scared to work outside of Stella Holdings because I know I cannot survive out there.
    The challengesAs the longest serving staff here I feel Not secured especially when there are newcomers more talented people join our company. I'm in a very comfort zone working here. I'm and had always been the queen diva here. I feel not confident to engage with top management and younger generation as I cannot catch up with them the latest trends. There are many new stuffs I am not aware of. I have stopped studying long time ago and I am also not attached to any professional associations which make me look bad and unprofessional even though I earn very high salary here. I have nowhere to go as I am stuck here very long already. I'm not sure what to do in my accountant career progression because I feel bored working as CFO that's why I make myself busy with my scarf business.

    Highest paid staff, very proud.
    The good thingsthe salary and benefits they're paying me are very good above market rate. I'm earning around 25k despite of the company making losses and lesser revenues or contract secured. Not only that as a CFO they provide me driver, car benefits, bonuses. They pay me very well. I'm very proud to be the highest paid employee here. I am a veteran staff and I don't think I can survive if I work outside Stella Holdings as I'm too comfortable working here and outside challenges are very difficult for me to survive. I have reached my comfort zone with supportive staffs to help doing all my works everything I delegate to them especially my manager assistant. Now I am just waiting for my retirement which is another 10 years to go.
    The challengesThere is no logic the company sells big parcels of lands in serendah ,by reasons of lack of commercial value. IF the lands in serendah do not have commercial value, then why big company like .... set up their factory over there ? Do they really know how to conduct business ? Any fools can improve the bottom line and profitability of a.company by selling existing assets. That's the fastest way but not sustainable for long term growth. You do not need a Harvard or MBA education to make decisions by selling lands. There are many other ways to expand a Business and selling high potential assets should be the last resort.
