No regrets working there, no regrets leaving there
The good thingsearly working hours, provided parking space, training and school activities.
The challengesupper and board decisions could be a lot be faster and forward thinking. Too many archaic practices and no enough embracing of digital / IT age technologies. Also a lot of flip flop decisions, does not reflect stability or seriousness in implementing something new.

    Rooms for improvement
The good thingsStudents' and staff discipline is observed closely so it enhances our work ethics. There are also a handful of cooperative staff and all races are working together with zero sentiment. Parents are mostly supportive too.
The challengesWorkload is understandable. However, despite knowing teachers are already heaped with teaching duty, there are also clerical jobs imposed to teachers. There are also redundant works teachers have to do. For example, there is already clock in clock out scanner, but teachers have to manually write down attendance too. Another example of redundant work is, Schoology is utilized here, which is great. However, when management can check/monitor the usage of Schoology using their master account, with detailed analysis, teachers have to still do a manual report on it.
