    Poor management and not clear on job scope
    The good thingsI didn't see any enjoyable things here.
    The challengesA simple thing become complicated because of management. Do not have proper SOP, guidelines and no guidance. Your job scope will not same as job description provided in the contract. Suddenly change here and there verbally without official email/memo.
