    If you are looking for sales job, consider do not take this industry. Hard to achieve target.
    The good thingsWork life balance. Good colleagues.
    The challengesWith the current economy, less people are interested in cord blood banking services. Very bad incentives scheme. Very low basics salary. Especially when you in outstation, basically you need to be oncall 24hours. Because you will be the sales/marketing/logistic team. No proper office setting.

    The good thingsGreat HR initiative as plenty of staff activities been organized and staff benefit are covered and reviewed regular. Work from home and incentive and allowance given to staff for those staff felt burn-out or exhausted working during pandemic.

    The challengesUnder appreciated. Managers do not treat staffs good. No proper lunch break. 10-11 hour job, poor work-life balance. Poor salary increment. Half month bonus. Cannot use these skills elsewhere
