    I had a frustrating experience where the leadership prioritized internal politics over genuine management, leading to a toxic environment where I was unfairly targeted and ultimately forced to resign despite my efforts to address the issues.
    The good thingsAfter two years, it was difficult to find positive aspects, but I appreciated the opportunity to develop my skills and the experience of working with a diverse group of colleagues.
    The challengesThe main challenges included a lack of support from management, who failed to ensure that staff do their own part, resulting in others being unfairly held responsible for issues despite their efforts.

    The challenges-bad management -lack of menpower( lead to extra working hour). -lack of respect from the top management( too emotional). -cover too many job scope. -no work and life balance.

    Fast Paces, Stressful, high turnover, OT
    The good thingsA high turnover means you have to work for other department tasks even if it is not your responsibility. The management wishes you to be independent even though there is a lack of proper and detailed training. Always ask why, why, why, but didn't guide properly. "Boss" style instead of "leader" style management. Since the production speed is fast, you will have to follow the machine. Often OT, have to work even during weekends and holidays because production runs 24/7. They like to squeeze every last drop of your time and efforts. But they never think and care how is their employee status. Whether they are stress, sad, tired, they don't care because you are just their tools. Sales on top, employees at the bottom.
    The challengesBad management, stressful environment. Everyone needs to work to entertain the higher management. They never care about your health.

    The challengesBad management. Heavy workload. Need to do things fast with good results. No work-life balance, need to work even during weekends, holidays, and nights.

    The good thingsA good place for fresh graduate, But must be smart and very hardworking.
    The challengesVery stress when working at operation side. After you work 4 months better find another job to be prepare. Mostly after 6 months they still didn't confirm on your position. Please find another job. Full of political person and unhealthy Enviroment.

    The challenges1.If you working at operation side, u need to alert 24 hours on whatapps and long working hours if has any issue on operation side. 2. If u an executive above, after 6 months they still didn't confirm on your position, please find another job. 3. U need to be hardworking and smart 4. Too many Politics among department and staff

    The good thingsLearn many things especially for fresh graduate like me with zero knowledge. Friendly and very helpful staff. I just love working environment here. The environment are the main reasons why people stay here for very long time. Compared to benefits other company offer much better than this company.
    The challengesOverloaded work for management trainee. Very difficult culture to adapt and do any changes especially when dealing with super senior staff. Low increment and salary main reason staff quitting. Working hours which is work on alternate Saturday not convenience at all. Only one year of service entitled annual leave which make staff choose other company if they got better opportunity.

    The good thingsDespite local markets, the company is exporting their goods to many foreign countries and as an employee in the marketing department, I had the chance to travel to many countries and handle different customers different projects. On top of that, the various products produced are specially designed to cater different customers needs.
    The challengesNeed to understand the customers' production machines setting & performance thoroughly. This is to ensure that the product we supplied are able to meet the machine capacity and increase the customers' production efficiency. The challenge became tougher when customers are applying advanced technology in their production.

    The good thingstime flexibility and good team member. good place for learning and gain knowledge from all department section.really recommended for new and fresh grad to find job.good salary and nice working / life balance in this company.
    The challengesold system and own or internal build in systems,very hard to expend your wings or career since not much offer by company.a lot of turn over which increase work load to others.have to solve previous problems and always repeat same problems.

    The good thingsHaving a global based clients, working at Stenta Films gives you great exposure internationally. Its great to deal with big multinational corporations to small owned family business.
    The challengesHave global base based clients can be challenging especially with time difference and different work days.
