    Good company with supportive environment, but salary needs review
    The good thingsOverall, this is a good company to work for. The working environment is positive, and there are opportunities to learn and gain valuable experience. The management and team are generally supportive, which makes it a comfortable place to develop professionally.
    The challengesHowever, the salary could be reviewed and improved to better reflect the responsibilities and industry standards.

    The good things- Flexible working hours for Project team - Travel Allowance - Monthly company Birthday Celebration (Eating together with colleagues) - Great knowledge are shared and trained for newcomers - If you are superb in what you do, you can go far.. - Be nice to everyone, coz we are all together to settle the work
    The challenges- Must be able to work extra hard for great result - Conquer all the thing you need to know.. Coz you will be asked and evaluate on the process and the results - If you like to go far, then you can learn a lot from this company.
