    Sesuai untuk orang yang nak cari pengalaman. ST boleh improve dari segi workload/person.
    The good thingsBoleh belajar banyak benda baru. Sesuai untuk sesiapa yang suka cabaran. Benefit pon okay.
    The challengesTerlalu banyak kerja untuk di cover oleh satu orang. Job scope tak jelas. Management anytime akan tukar job scope. Kerja sendiri memang kena buat pada masa sama kerja orang lain pon nak kena buat. Bila tak sempat nak isi passdown, dianggap tak buat kerja.

    The challengesNo work life balance. You need to do 2 engineers job at once. No replacement for resigned employees. You are required to work during PH.

    The good things- good start for fresh grad, hv a lot to learn,
    The challenges- Micromanage from top management, outdated machines and inorganize system, too many gaps/loopholes in process system, fast-paced and hectic daily task with less training, company is facing a shortage of staff due to heavy duty even for new staff

    i have so much thing that i love and enjoyable because more cheerful friend in this company , i have the best supervisor and enggineer also big bos😍😍
    The good thingsso easy to get annual leave and work 4 days and 3 days off .. free meals and free goodies every celebration .free chocolate bun and water 1month during ramadhan for iftar. free varians of hot water such as coffee, tea, milk tea every single day. free white rice everyday at cafeteria. easy to lose weight at this company because of this company too big and i have to walk so far from entering gate to my department .. my weight before work at this company is 66kg and now 50kg without any diet at all ..

    Stressful and sometime neglecting employess when situation got tough !!!!!
    The good thingsGot an excellent Bosses but most of them are super tough when making decisions. For first 2 year was a bit challenges but you still manages to overcome any work issues with right guidance by your Boss. Got benefits too like free excess gym at selected local gym site in Muar but have a time schedule only apply to ST employess only.
    The challengesIf you're seeking balance life whereas on the weekend you don't need anybody disturbing you on work related issue, I totally not recommeded it. If you kind of don't mind working in a high pace environment, you got skills to control your emotions when dealings with tough personnel, and very flexible to any changes implement by management from time to time, I believe you probably a right candidate to try your best in here.

    The good thingsThe company have a systematic system implant and strong base. The bonus is based on individual performance. So, for thus want to avoid others leaching your hard works, this the place for you to shine. The working environment is very competitive and quite tough, a healthy competition. As the salary is high for fresh graduate.
    The challengesThe company would like his employee to shine their talent. Critical thinking is needed to solve issue to get high appraisal as everyone want to out best each other. The most challenging thing is to direct workers to follow instructions as all the companies face the same issue.

    The good thingsVery supporting and friendly team in my department (BGA) especially manager. They are very polite and helpful. Always help to give more knowledge to new employee, ST also very active in sport , each year there will be tournament such as football, futsal , badminton, chess , carom and others. All employee are encourage to take participant.
    The challengesFacilities for these company are extremely good but the machines they are using still the old one (for several department).Sometimes the reoccurrence for same defect always happen due to machine error.
