    Not a good place for long-term service. HR also on companies side and rude.
    The good thingsNothing is good here.
    The challengesMonth-end will be super busy to clear out the output. The entire month has been slow output, and it's become a habit for all department levels. very less AL & PH. No bonus, no Annual Dinner, no benefits, bad facilities.

    Overall good working environment with allocated manager & team members
    The good thingsFriendly and cooperative team members including members from different departments. Former department manager have great management to lead, support and work together with the team if have any problems with department tasks. Relatively clean environment and organized documentation. Internal and external training provided though limited seats. Medical claim provided. Annual dinner or holiday snacks provided unpredictably. Canteen vendor and vending machines available.
    The challengesStrict and long working hours with minimum annual leave of 8 days for first 2 years. Increment only limited to selected departments or members. Limited parking area inside the industrial site. Limited choice of lunch meal at the canteen vendor.

    Good for anyone looking peaceful working environment and please demand your salary to cover company benefit.
    The good thingsERP lead and well by HOD and team members very supportive - No WhatsApp grid except one group created by HOD just to inform to team members you on leave/MC - During AL/MC/public holiday is very peaceful.
    The challengesCompany policies such as Numbers of -annual leave very limited -need to thumbprint/scan QR every time during lunch hour -medical benefit very limited

    1.To much politics. After 1 and year half only get conformation and increment. 2. Annual leave only 8 days and will be given 0.5 days every month so you have to wait and apply unpaid leave 3.Gossips spread like virus 4. No bonus (bonus only for selected employee), no annual dinner. no pantry (pantry only for top management and employee who close to top management)
    The good things1.Has Overtime rate 1.5 2. Easy to take a leave if you get best SV. even backdate also can. 3. meal allowance RM 2 and medical claim up to RM 600/year
    The challenges1. if you good with top management than your career at straits will be great and easy to get increment.

    Everyday inspect component.
    The good thingsWorking in normal time 8am - 6pm. Have attendance allowance rm50. Everyday doing inspection by using measurement equipments. Lunch break have subsidi rm2.
    The challengesEveryday must inspect 10 lot minimum. Usually i can finish inspect 12-13 lot per day.
