    Good company to learn the industry but not for career growth
    The good thingsYou get to learn a lot of industry knowledge and the business. You meet a lot of good people working in the company making sure operation is run smoothly and in place. Working environment is good and you get a google like office infrastructure.
    The challengesSalary is average or lower than market. Old school staff that can be stubborn or boomer like thinking. Lack of staff appreciation
