    The challengesA lot of effort required to clarify for secured project, which could be done during tender clarification. Improper information distributed during proposal stage which miss lead understanding of client for certain project approached. Insufficient resource establishment into project delivery such as specialties documentation, unspecific project budgetary and certain technical matters.

    The good thingsThe environment is good, the colleagues are friendly, the bosses are nice, the benefits are also better than most company.
    The challengesIts a bit repetitive. once you get the hang of what you are doing, you will be doing the same thing over and over.

    The good thingsA lot of exposure in Mechanical design especially on the pneumatic control, vacuum sealing, stainless steel fabrication and vacuum flow system. a lot of exposure on project base industries especially on this turn Key Project, supply chain, installation and servicing. a lot of R&D carried out as this is a niche market product as the supplier are few in globally.
    The challengessmall organization, people are required multitask. when project are peak season, urgency to the job or task need speed and work extra time. difficult to get right people in the job Planning and correct communication is the main important on the job. People handling skill on Project site are required.
