The good thingsWork life balance, home based, good team and manager. Medical Benefit and other benefits is great. Plan to stay longer

The challengesfor certain people, they might not able to adapt with home based enviroment. No colleague, only yourself and families if you are married

The good thingsVery organized corporation. Lots of perks. Lots of activities to bring the team to work together. High salary.

The challengesMicromanagement of regional top management. Lack of support from top management as all issues are discussed via video conferencing and not face to face. Extremely heavy work load as management constantly cutting head counts.
