    Don't dwell in office politics and you'll be fine.
    The good things- Good place for those seeking their first job - Good place for those who are knowledgeable and independent - Employees are very friendly
    The challenges- You will have to be independent and always self-learn/upskill - Designers are unfortunately always packed - Young environment with a lot of interns and fresh graduates - Note on the "fast-paced" and "ever-changing environment" - Management lacks practice
