    The challenges1. The boss is a very narcissistic, egoistic and forgetful old man. You will get an earful for pretty much anything 2. Very frequent last minute changes and demands by the boss that is VERY unreasonable. Often caused the projects to be delayed / upset the client 3. You are expected to work overtime to suit the boss needs. sometimes 8-9pm and on weekends as well. Expect calls from boss and 'management level' even after 11pm. 4. Inexperienced 'management level' 5. Very dirty office, cockroaches are common. Very smelly and dirty toilets.

    The Director are friendly and young but not giving opportunity for candidate during interview. Wasting my precious time to attend the interview but boss don't have the interest to interview the candidate. I don't pick a job but the most important I pick the right boss to work with so that I can grow more along my career development.
    The good thingsThe good thing the boss friendly and the office environment is consider okay. Transportation is easy to access but I will still pick the right boss to work even though is employer market
    The challengesI don't like to work in this company. I have not start work but just attended the interview. The interview is not impressive at all. I will not recommended friends to work with this company.

    The challengesDynamic, fast-paced environment that may not be for everyone, individuals are not confined with routine work and I got the chance to involve into areas which are foreign to me such as meeting clients, doing QS work etc. smaller company but more hand on in many areas, may not be for people seeking to slow-pace workplace.

    The good thingsFriendly Environment which is also conducive to learning. Great work ethic. a progressive environment with constructive feedback given by the boss. The director is involved with the day to day activities yet does not micro-manage.
