    I have a good experience working at Cancer Centre which is based at Subang Jaya Medical Centre and it was awesome to have a understanding and supportive Nurse Manager
    The good thingsI learned a lot of skill from this place which has made me to be a well known staff nurse in this department. Firstly, although a lot of chalanges took place when I first started my job here, but after that I did learn a lot of skill in theories and practically in broad field to expand my further knowlege in Oncology and Haematology. My Nurse manager has been very supportive to mould my role.
    The challengesA lot of politics took place such as, I have zero knowledge in Oncology initially, I had some strong seniors that dislike me (which made me to mould myself to be a better person), learning needs interest, I showed interest after I started to love my job, and demand from patients is increasing. We are not paid for overtime.
