    The good thingsFreedom of access to in and out factory since attached to Nissan factory. Enjoy working since limited observance by superior, as long as your task completed. Very low stress level

    Expanding Company. Good Place To Work.
    The good thingsThis company is expanding and move to a new HQ about 2 years ago. They are planning to open new premises in coming years. Work and life balance at it best. You work on alternate weekend. The best part is you work 3 x Saturday for every 2 month. The working environment is nice and pleasure. The work station, equipment, everything is new.
    The challengesThe company still improving in term off guidelines. This company belong to foreigner so there are a big number of foreigner in the top management of this company.

    The good thingsWe worked as a team. Co-operates very well within the team. The manager is good to us. He guided us and taught us a lot of things that we need to know from selling the products to meeting customers. I really learnt a lot in this job.
    The challengesWe need to face with some very niche customers in the market. The brand is not so popular and it made it hard to sell the products. Customers are always the main pressure in this job. Those whom are not good in temper should not try this job.

    The good thingsThe good thing in TC Subaru is the company offer optional working hour for staffs which based in Segambut Plant. So is quite convenient to the staff. Besides, they implement web base system and its is quite convenient to trace up some historical record and getting HOD approval.
    The challengesEven though it is an international company, but they do not have any policy or handbook in malaysia HQ. It is worst because staffs do not know the company rules and will make troublesome if staffs accidentally break the rules. The OC in the company is quite messy actually, so it will make many things goes complicated and make people demotivated.
