    The good thingsGood people and good bosses, the enviroment is balanced with good stress and good competition. we have smoke breaks and lunches daily. it helps bring us together and talk bout things. the space we work in is really cozy.

    Amazing working environment
    The good thingsI enjoyed having a great team and great bosses during my journey. They always encourage me to always be confident in everything and supporting each other too. It may be stressful sometimes handling the job but with an amazing team, everything could be at ease. The top management also doing great in sustaining the stability of the company. I gained much new experiences by working with Subhome.
    The challengesI believe there's difficulty you would be facing by working at any company around the world. The challenges working as a front office is you would meet different people with different attitude and behavior everyday. This would be an advantage for your communication and solving problems skill and might be a headache for you sometimes. All you need is to always calm and be polite while handling the guests. A happy customer is a good profit for the company in future.
