My experience working with the ARAMCO project in Saudi Arabia was lifting heavy objects, making platform projects and building bridges
The good thingsI like working with friends the most when lifting heavy objects.
The challengesI don't like working when there is no cooperation in a team.

The good thingsGood working environment, able to work within Asia Pacific region inclusive of Australia. Reports directly to HSE Director which is based in Singapore. Work with multi nationalities from all over the world, and work based on a strong system of policies, procedures and rules. Better work/life balance compared to working as freelancer
The challengesLess opportunity for self improvement/development, limited training provided within the company. Less medical benefits as need to pay for treatment first and claim after.

The good thingsThey treat people fairly. They pay people decently and give them good benefits, including not only decent healthcare but other even rarer essentials. They help employees with their careers and understand that not all careers are built the same.
The challengesWhenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof, there is bound to be friction from time to time. Teams working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare-ups of tempers and other issues.
