    Mini parliament in a medium scale company
    The good thingsToo bad, find nothing good about work. You don’t have to perfectly fit with your skill but So long you are a good and sweet talker with very “thick skin”, yeah you can survive here.
    The challengesIf, u are one really wanna work n growth. This is not a good place to go with as TOO political for a small company. All “management” carried great title but NOT responsibility. No sense of responsibility amongst “ management” ALL are good commanders.

    The good thingsFun Work place,Great Colleague, the benefit is ok, new office, no pressure, good place to start work, lots of things can be learn. and most importance, good CEO, kind heart and willing to give freedom to the staff to learn.
    The challengesChanging of the Management in Department, see the department go chaos, the GM of the department never been helpful, only look for mistake, too busy have chitchat with other dept and selling fruits is the main intention. other HOD;s use the CEO for their own intention.

    The good thingsBig boss is a nice person. Nice office and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesShould be in line with existing developer companies. Too many internal & external issues. Poor management. Unprofessional GM, no teamwork, no increment no bonus no company trip.

    The good thingsIf you want to excel in this company. Learn how to polish one's shoes. That's a fundamental surviving skill that you need to master. If you want a good raise pay or promotion, tender until you make it.
    The challengesLeaders are not willing to take responsibility. The main issue of this company is politics between departments.

    The good thingsNew office & equipments. Comfortable working place due to the new facilities. Bosses and colleagues are friendly.
    The challengesToo much work load and high pressure faced by each employees. No proper SOP at first, lots of trial and errors then to develop an SOP. No career development. No increment.
