    Bad management of family business company
    The good thingsGood salary, a good company to gain new experiences.
    The challengesManagement intolerate. company policy will be revise if there is any issue that can give disadvantage to the company. employee will be the victim of the intolerate management. no outstation allowance, no health benefit, even there is company insurance for every workers but still workers not allowed to use company insurance without company permission.

    The good thingsThe most flexible company i have been work in. no warning letter given even everyday late around 30 minutes go to work or go back earlier. can have break of your own leisure to neighbor mamak to have drink and chit chat with colleague every day. misuse of company internet with youtube-ing, facebook-ing, drama-ing, even gaming is usual. Bonus is equal for everyone, no KPI system needed.
    The challengesIf you are talented and hardworking, you may work extra than others. you may need to do everything by yourself with minimal guidance in the company. So that, you are able to learn the full process of the project from design to tendering, negotiation, execution, inspection, testing & commissioning, handover, project claim, and maintenance.
