    The good thingsI can learn a lot things that i didnt learn in college such operate the machine,how to handle a breakdown.and i can learn how manage the time to finish the product when the task given by employer.the employer of the factory will give a newbie of the industry a guide from senior.
    The challengesThe challenges is when to repair a breakdown by myself,but the technician of the factory will guide.but it still hard to know how which part of the machine malfunction.it takes 1-2 days to know the problem
