    Good for new people to gain more experience
    The good thingsWork as a family where unity is the main factors when each productions problem happens. Good exposure & enhancing problem solving skill on each job given where limited facilities that they have would make us become more creative.
    The challengesLong working hours where there is no live balance. A lot of working pressure where it is not compatible with the salary given. (low salary, lots of pressure ) Less benefits that been provided to employees.
