Working Culture and Working Environment
The good things1) Able to do a lot of R&D and company's financial resources is very strong (due to support from HQ)though business performance is poor.
2) HR policy is at the bottom and lots of favoritism. Those capable not able to stay and what remain are those who knows how to polish.
3) Though it is a 100% owned by foreign, full control are by a local who is from rank and files. Very unprofessional.
The challenges1) Check and balance should be conducted by HQ.
2) Audited account should be checked and action should be taken on auditors recommendation.
3) HQ should pay attention on why seniors and capable personnel leaving company.
