    A stable company that needs to take its weaknesses more seriously and work towards improvement.
    The good things- Decent salary, fairly aligned with market. - Great learning opportunities in process systems & mechanisms. - Well-structured paperwork management & documentation processes. - Having a good boss makes a huge difference—especially the life changing good boss in Process Engineering department.
    The challenges- Limited career growth, typical old mindset that you have to serve the company plenty of years; then only they would consider you for next stage. - No cross-functional team department support. No tolerance level among the senior workers towards the newcomers. - No proper guidance or teachings.

    The good thingsThe People! They're good, friendly. Working environment. The benefits they give. A stable company.
    The challengesThe salary is low. No career advancement. A good start for freshie, but not for experienced people. no work life balance. If you have a good bos, that's a plus. if not, your increments and advancement you can say bye bye...low increment. some in the Top management takes care of their kin only.

    Good benefits and salary for fresh graduate
    The good thingsGot medical allowance, attendance allowance, transport, and lunch allowance. The company is a typical Japanese company, and values working safety.
    The challengesYou need to be careful about what you said, sometimes will be misunderstood by somebody. Need to be proactive and stay a good relationship with people from different backgrounds. Difficult to deal with people due to different levels of understanding, and old employees don't know how to teach.

    The good thingsWell establised company, everything follow procedures, typical Japanese culture company, stable job.
    The challengesJob load increases as the people who are able to perform will do basically more. Since everything is follow procedure, thus, difficult to have new challenges or changes. Career development is limited due to seniority. HOD management style decide how long you will stay.

Work is based on project where efforts are all appreciated through good increment.
