The good thingsFriendly & helpful colleagues & superiors. Competitive salary packages & incentives (since the sky is the limit, as long as you are hardworking & willing to go for extra miles its possible to achieve a princely sum of incentives). Managers are old-school sometimes but as long as you possess the right attitude & willing to learn, they too willing to share their knowledge & experience. Great work-life balance.
The challengesThe existing systems are outdated. Manuals & documentations work are required most of the time hence it is important to pick-up some paperwork skills for filing & archiving purposes.

The challengesCome with experiance and very knowledgable management level, have to work hard to follow the same phase, and need to be good attitude. Bad, apple is no no in several part of this company.

The good thingsManagement level will revise each individual perfomance to enhance a better fair treat to every sales reps for better opportunity to growth constantly. Work enviroment consider flexible but not too say without any dicipline. If you want to work in this company especially as a medical representive, please have a good attitute and learning passion, management level will prompt to provide a good opportunity to the person who worth it.
The challengescompany policy will be too traditional that some staff benefit would not be as good as compare with other MLM Company. Improvement on staff benefit and salary revise and increment will be much appreciate if look into it.

Company has been very generous paying good incentive for performer. Not sure how he or she would like the company to support his or her lifestyle ?. We believe in hard work and all company will reward you accordingly.
